In addition Elf is a Local Boxing Ring Announcer working fights for over 25 years. Just like his Grandfather Al Mitchell Elfenbein, the Ring Announcer at Madison Square Garden for over 35 years! Elf was recently hired by Golden Boy Promotions and HBO to Ring Announce Canelo Alvarez/Liam Smith Championship Card at AT&T Stadium this past September. Also, hired by ROC Nation & JAY Z to Ring Announce Miguel Cotto/James Kirkland card for HBO at The STAR in Frisco.

Born and raised in Houston, Texas. (Houston Astros freak fan) Moved to Dallas pre-Texas Rangers in 1969. Has lived in Dallas, now Plano ever since. Graduate of Hillcrest High School in 1979, Graduate of University of Texas in Austin 1983. Married to Connie Frazier Elfenbein. I have two sons, Landon 28 and Tanner 25.
