Philadelphia 76ers rookie guard Zhaire Smith underwent surgery to repair a Jones fracture in his left foot, the team announced Friday. The 76ers said the surgery was performed Thursday evening in New York City.Jones suffered the injury on Monday at a basketball development camp in Las Vegas. He underwent an MRI exam on Tuesday in Philadelphia and the results displayed the fracture.
