Los Angeles Angels starter Matt Harvey had a setback on his rehab assignment for an upper back strain, putting his return date from the injured list in question.Harvey lasted just 2 2/3 innings in his first rehab outing for Triple-A Salt Lake on Saturday, giving up eight earned runs on eight hits with two walks. Before Monday’s game against the Los Angeles Dodgers, Angels manager Brad Ausmus told reporters the right-hander’s return now will be delayed.Harvey has not pitched for the Angels since he gave up eight runs on seven hits in just 2 2/3 innings of a May 23 start against the Minnesota Twins.Harvey is just 2-4 with a 7.50 ERA over 10 starts in his first season with the Angels. An All-Star in 2013 with the New York Mets, when he finished fourth in the National League Cy Young Award voting, Harvey has a 5.91 ERA over his past three seasons with the Mets, Reds and Angels.
